Jamie Curren - President
Jamie Curren, a 1998 graduate of Washington College, gained valuable experience in foodservice operations and sales positions prior to joining Spurry & Associates, Inc. in 2002. After 13 years as a professional field sales representative covering assigned accounts in Northern Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland, Jamie stepped into the owner and leadership position of the newly renamed Spurry-Curren and Associates, Inc. in September 2015.
Chris F. Spurry – Executive Vice President
Chris F. Spurry graduated from The Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg, PA and attended Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, Loyola College in Baltimore, MD and St. Joseph’s College in Philadelphia, PA. He established Spurry & Associates, Inc. in 1983 after a diverse seventeen year career in equipment sales, facilities design, and management, including six years experience as Sales Engineer and Regional Sales Manager for a $20 million division of a Fortune 500 industrial equipment manufacturer and nine years experience with a $30 million foodservice equipment dealer as Regional Sales Manager, Director of Project Development, Project Manager, and finally as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. After thirty two successful years, in September of 2015 Spurry sold the business to long term employee Jamie Curren, and continues to work with the new Spurry-Curren and Associates, Inc. team.
Michael B. Witty - Senior Associate, Virginia
Michael B. Witty graduated from Walsingham Academy, Williamsburg, VA, 1966, and Culver-Stockton College, Canton, MO, 1973, and spent eight years in the United States Air Force. His foodservice industry experience began with management positions in operations. Prior to joining Spurry & Associates in 1997, Witty worked in sales and as general manager for sixteen years at Foodservice Equipment Co., Newport News, VA where he was exposed to virtually every facet of our industry. Mike handles accounts in Virginia.
Jason Lewis - Associate
Jason Lewis, a 2010 graduate of Salisbury University, joined the team in May 2014. Jason brings many yeas of sales and service experience from a variety of settings. Jason is a field sales representative covering accounts in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
Brian Mountain - Associate
Brian Mountain is our newest field representative and a 2015 graduate of University of Maryland, College Park. Coming to us with prior sales and customer service background, he has worked in local businesses throughout Maryland eastern shore’s region. Building relationships with customers has been a trademark of his work experience. Brian is covering accounts in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
Sherrie Davis - Office Manager
Sherrie joined the company in 1998 with 25 years administrative and secretarial experience. After nearly two decades of providing remarkable customer service to our field, Sherrie has recently shifted her expertise to focus on internal administration and finance within the offices; while still taking care of clients as needed.
Patti Curren - Inside Sales & Marketing
Patti Curren is a 2005 graduate of Western Maryland College (McDaniel College) and has over 15 years firsthand foodservice and hospitality experience. She joined the company in September 2015, leaving a longtime sales role as an insurance agent. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Patti focuses on leading the customer service team, sales, and marketing.
Jamie McCracken - Customer Service
Jamie is the newest addition to our inside team in Summer 2017; previously the office and customer service manager at a high volume insurance agency. She's known the majority of our team for many years which has helped her hit the ground running with confidence and skill in a new industry.
